Hard copies are available to review at Your Home Public Library in Johnson City and George F Johnson Memorial Library in Endicott. Further resources are available to read and watch on this website. A public hearing will be held on April 23rd at 6:00 pm at the Johnson City High School Auditorium.
Public comment can be submitted in writing to The Agency Broome County IDA/LDC, 5 South College Drive, Binghamton, NY 13905 with “Attention: DGEIS Comments” written in the address block. Public comment may also be submitted electronically by sending an email to [email protected]. Please note that public comment closes on May 8th, 2026.
