Public comment can be submitted in writing to The Agency Broome County IDA/LDC, 5 South College Drive, Binghamton, NY 13905 with “Attention: DGEIS Comments” written in the address block. Public comment may also be submitted electronically by sending an email to [email protected]. Please note that public comment closes on May 8th, 2026.
